Still waiting to hear back from the support team.
I ordered 2, 24v 200W panels. When they arrived, 1 looked/ worked well and they other had some manufacturing defects on the back. I called Solarkits.com and submitted pics of the issue. Within 2-3 days I had a response that a defect free panel was being shipped. Once I have this second panel, I can hook up and start testing. Other panel looks good and appears to be a solid quality panel.
