We offer 30-day returns on most items. Customers may be responsible for return shipping and must use trackable, insured couriers.
Note: Custom-built kits (not listed on ShopSolar.com) are non-returnable.
Return Conditions:

Initiate return within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be in like-new condition, unused, and in original packaging.

Photos of the packaged product are required before approval.

Returns require approval and are subject to a 10-20% restocking fee.

Exchanges
Exchanges follow the same process as returns. We’ll ship your new item after receiving and inspecting the original.

All customers are covered by the manufacturer warranty. ShopSolar is an authorized distributor, so your warranty is valid.

Outside the Lower 48 States: Warranties still apply, but shipping to and from the manufacturer is the customer’s responsibility.
EcoFlow Panel Note: EcoFlow Delta kits include third-party panels. These are tested for compatibility and warrantied by ShopSolar.
