You can really gauge a companies customer service when something doesn’t work as it should. I had a problem with the lights on my battery. Lion Energy immediately sent me a new one. They didn’t wait until they got the old battery back. They didn’t charge me for the new battery and then credit me when they got the defective battery back. They just sent the new battery and a box for the defective battery and ask me to send the defective battery when it was convenient for me. Wow, I was blown away. The new batter works great. I would highly recommend this product.
