Price Match Policy

ShopSolar may offer price matching under limited conditions. To minimize confusion and excessive requests, price matching is only considered against one designated retailer that must be approved by ShopSolar.

Price match requests must meet the following requirements:

• The product must be identical (same brand, model, and condition)

• The competitor must be a U.S. based, authorized retailer

• The item must be new and currently in stock

• A reference or screenshot must be submitted to ShopSolar for the review process

All price match requests are subject to management review and approval.

Approval is not guaranteed and is granted at ShopSolar’s discretion.

ShopSolar does not match pricing from marketplaces, multiple retailers, clearance items, or include shipping, taxes, or additional fees.
