Excellent Inverter!
Purchased this inverter to use in our new Ram Promaster van build. The package arrived intact, on time and damage free. We bought this for the heavy 4000-watt capability. Our build includes a hot water heater, an induction stovetop, a microwave convection oven and a 110V refrigerator as well as various outlets. This has the capability to use a shore power plug in as well which is a great asset. Love the remote on/off switch which has the LED indications as well. Would recommend this product for the heavy users!

Well built unit! High Quality
Quality control so far is superior to most inverters on the market. Still in my own testing phase. Originally bought this for a truck camper project. But my home grid-tie with battery backup is 26 years old. (16KW) the 20 year AGM 24vdc battery cluster is now 22 years old. (I am on borrowed time) i had originally had 4kw one Trace SW4024 120 vac inverter. The AGM battery pack consisted of twelve 2 volt 1460 AH cells. They are 250 ft. From my house. (In a shielded steel building with the old inverters, solar charge controllers, wind turbine controllers etc. So this a backup to that. NEC requires ground connection and neutral to be connected at the first main circuit breaker panel. This split phase inverter says Do not connect output neutral to input neutral. Yes I tested the open voltage between input neutral and output neutral 33 vac exists between these two points. I tested with a 150 watt 120 volt conventional light bulb between both neutral and output neutral to ground .03vac. (not a problem) The low cost way around this is to isolate your main panel (now it is a sub-panel) and add a new main basic panal.
