ShopSolar Launches New Website and Rebranded Product Lines

We have officially launched a completely rebuilt website—faster, cleaner, and built to make going solar easier.

Alongside the new experience, we've introduced a simplified lineup of solar kits, replacing legacy nomenclature like OGK, HPK, and BPK with clearer tiers: PRIME, ELITE, SELECT, and more.

“Solar has a reputation for being complicated,” said Alex, President of ShopSolar. “We wanted to change that. Customers shouldn’t need to be experts to feel confident choosing a system.”

The new structure helps customers quickly understand differences in performance and use case—similar to trim levels in the automotive world—while the updated site improves speed, navigation, and overall ease of use.

This launch marks a broader shift for ShopSolar—from a technical product retailer to a more approachable, lifestyle-driven brand focused on energy independence, preparedness, and real-world usability.
