We currently ship to the lower 48 states (exclused Puerto Rico).
Live outside this zone? You can coordinate your own shipping to receive your order. Note that international delivery timelines and procedures vary.
Shipping & Delivery Issues
Delayed Deliveries
If your order hasn't arrived after 15 business days, contact us at info@shopsolarkits.com. We’ll investigate and work toward a resolution.
Non-Delivery
Suspect a failed delivery? Let us know ASAP. Email info@shopsolarkits.com with your order number and details. We’ll investigate and help reclaim or reship as appropriate.
Marked as Delivered, But Not Received?

Check around your property and with neighbors first.

If still not found, note that ShopSolar is not liable for losses or theft after an item is marked "Delivered" by the carrier.
Receiving Shipments & Damaged Items
Inspect deliveries immediately.
If damage is visible:

Note it on the delivery receipt or bill of lading.

If you can't, take photos within 24–72 hours and send to recovery@shopsolarkits.com or submit a ticket here.
Report Missing or Damaged Items:
Submit all necessary details within 24 hours of receiving your order. Delays may limit our ability to resolve the issue.
Keep Original Packaging: Required for all returns or replacements. ShopSolar does not supply replacement packaging. Repackaging costs are the customer's responsibility.
Freight & Oversized Deliveries
If your order ships via freight:

The freight company will contact you to schedule delivery.

You must be able to receive freight at your delivery address.

If not, coordinate alternate delivery arrangements with the carrier.
Missed or failed freight deliveries may result in extra fees or rerouting costs.
Cancellations & Refunds
Before Shipping

After Shipping

Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or rerouted.

You may refuse delivery if you'd still like to cancel.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return & Refund Policy
We offer 30-day returns on most items. Customers are responsible for return shipping and must use trackable, insured couriers.
Note: Custom-built kits (not listed on ShopSolar.com) are non-returnable.
Return Conditions:

Initiate return within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be in like-new condition, unused, and in original packaging.

Photos of the packaged product are required before approval.

Returns after 30 days require approval and are subject to a 10-20% restocking fee.

Refunds are issued after inspection confirms item condition.
Used, Open Box & Clearance Items: Final sale. No returns or exchanges.
Exchanges
Exchanges follow the same process as returns. We’ll ship your new item after receiving and inspecting the original.

Warranties
All customers are covered by the manufacturer warranty. ShopSolar is an authorized distributor, so your warranty is valid.

Outside the Lower 48 States: Warranties still apply, but shipping to and from the manufacturer is the customer’s responsibility.
EcoFlow Panel Note: EcoFlow Delta kits include third-party panels. These are tested for compatibility and warrantied by ShopSolar.
Installation & Workmanship
Installation may require tools or professional help not included with your purchase. ShopSolar does not cover installation costs or damages due to improper setup.
We recommend professional help if you lack experience.
Permitting Services & Plan Sets
We offer complete permitting services for code compliant solar kits. Our permitting and interconnection service comes with a 100% money-back guarantee. We provide corrections if requested by your AHJ.

Follow your user manual’s maintenance guidelines. Improper care can damage your battery and void your warranty.
