How does shipping work?
- Some of our products ship for FREE across the entire United States (including Alaska & Hawaii) as well as to Puerto Rico. However, there are also some products that require shipping charges. Shipping is calculated at checkout and we do our absolute best to get the best rates possible! Please note, customers are responsible for any potential import duties/fees when ordering internationally (Canada & Europe).
How long will it take for me to get my Solar Equipment?
- If you're in the lower 48 states we do our best to get your order within 10-12 business days, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico can be upwards of 10-20 days. We will send your tracking information as soon as we have it - generally within 5 business days.. *If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you directly via e-mail.
What currency is being displayed?
- Our prices are in USD.
How do I know you got my order?
- Once you submit your order, you will receive confirmation via email that we received it. This means your order is being processed and pre-authorized your card for the purchase. If your items are available, we will process the charges and send out your product.
Can I track my order?
- We will send your tracking information/number as soon as your order has left the warehouse to the e-mail we have on file. If you do not receive tracking information from us within three business days of your order, please feel free to reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if the product(s) arrive damaged?
- Always inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, please make note of it right away. If in the off chance your product arrived damaged, send photos to email@example.com and we will gladly help you out.
- If you're having troubles with your product(s)/equipment that you've purchased from us more than 30 days ago, we will work with you diligently to troubleshoot the issues to the best of our ability. However, as an authorized reseller of all the brands we carry, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly as they handle all of the troubleshooting, replacements and warranty issues for their products.
What if I need to cancel my order?
- If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us as we understand things change. That being said, if you order has shipped, you (the buyer) may be responsible for any return shipping charges. Refunds can only be issued to the original credit card that was used.
Can I return my order?
- Our goal is to make your life as easy as possible so if you have any questions or concerns or need to return something you purchased, it's safe to assume we'll do our absolute best to help you get the products returned back to our appropriate warehouse with little to no cost to you.
- Return Policy - Our return policy lasts 30 days. The product must be in the original packaging, not previously installed and in the same condition that you received it and the buyer will be responsible for return shipping.
- If you'd like to return you order, please reach out to us directly as all returns must be accompanied by a valid RMA number.
- Also, returns are subject to a small restocking fee (maximum 25%).
How do warranties work?
- All of Shop Solar Kit's products are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. We are more than happy to help you get in touch with the manufacturer or if you are not sure what your warranty limitations are, please read our returns information.
