Excellent help from the Customer Service team
I had purchased an entire off grid solar kit. During my conversation with the sales person I wasn't told that it didn't include the mounting brackets for the solar panels. However, when I got ready to install it and learned they were missing I called and received the most amazing help with getting these brackets on order and shipped very quickly. This was the best case scenario for me and can't ever recall getting this level of help from any company ever.
