Shipping Times: We do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Shipping times vary depending on the product and size of your order. Most orders leave the warehouse within 24-72 hours and take 5-7 business days for delivery. Given the current pandemic, there may be some slight delays.

We do run pre-sales from time to time which carry longer lead times, however you will see this CLEARLY outlined on specific product descriptions that this applies too.

FREE Returns: Returns are FREE within 30 days of purchase (no restocking or processing fees), as long as the product is in "As new" condition, and can be returned in its original packaging exactly like it was sent to you. Installing a product will void returns. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

To initiate a return, send an email to info@shopsolarkits.com and include the following information: Your Order #, Which items you would like to return, Specific reason for your return & We'll respond to your email within 24 hours and set up your return or replacement as soon as possible. Our exchange policy follows the same outline as the return policy above.

Order Shipment & Tracking: You'll receive a confirmation email immediately after your order has been placed. We process all orders during week days send out tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse.

*If there are holds up on your order we will contact you directly via phone or e-mail. If a product you've ordered is not in stock or is on back order, a member of our team will reach out within 24-48 hours to discuss how you'd like to move forward before charging your card.
