The generator was partially charged-when plugged it into a wall outlet-charged pretty fast. Have not tried it yet-the big storm bypassed the next day.Rain in a couple days-another storm-so who knows. Power goes out around 4 times a year. It seems pretty simple to use.

Tested it out a bit, plugged in our coffee pot and toaster at the same time and it worked just fine. I don’t have a permanent place for the solar panels so it is a bit of a pain to set them up on my deck and bring them back in. Wondering what the two small adapters are for? Didn’t use them. The cover bag is a pain to use. Just a slip over the top would work better. Also, I have a pacemaker and try to stay 6 ft away while using it. Didn’t know about the magnetic field until I read the instructions. The digital screen would be easier seen if on top or in the middle for visibility. Not complaining, just honest feedback.

Hi it’s quiet not loud at all and lightweight because I’m a small woman I only weigh 128 pounds , so it’s easy for me to carry , I have not connected the solar panels yet, but I’m enjoying my solar generator already plugged in and charged up really quickly I was surprised by that . It’s so many nice things I could say about my system great deal for the money excellent!!

I lost power today for 4 hours. So I powered it up to run my cable and TV. Then just for kicks I ran out two panels and hooked them up real quick. ( didn't feel like lugging out all 4). Refrigerator was fine you can check every 4 or 5 hours or so. They are well insulated their for you don't have to power them 24 hours a day. Anyone that does is a fool. I am 100% satisfied with my purchase.
