How do I justify the bigger investment of a lithium battery?
First Factor – Size - Our UT 1300 BT lithium iron phosphate 105 Ah/1344Wh/100A battery, is a standard 24 size, smaller than typical group 27 or 31 AGM / lead acid. This means that you may be able to fit an extra battery in your battery box!
Second Factor - Weight - traditional lead acid batteries often weigh more than 50lbs. Our lithium batteries weigh 23 lbs. or less. When you travel or have to lift the battery, that extra weight makes a big difference.
Third Factor- Usage - With the UT 1300 BT you camp 2x longer than using lead acid batteries because you can use all the energy stored in our battery compared to only being able to use about 50% in a lead acid battery. Very well put together battery
Had A little bit of a problem with getting the right battery… however, customer service was great. Answered the phone immediately and they resolved my problem within a few days. Purchased 4 batteries to set up a 24 v series parallel configuration and they work great. Good purchase. These batteries are smaller and packed with good power.

While the battery fits my need, I was disappointed with the delivery of the product. Instead I strongly suggest that your intro sales pitch be updated to state that delivery of product is subject to delays beyond your control vice delivery of 7 to 10 days. I fully understand the principles of supply and demand but I would have felt better knowing that my order had a more realistic delivery date.

Lion battery installed same box as old gp24 battery, lots lighter, solar keeps it at 13.2 volts. Have not dry camped yet so don't have any performance figures
Arrived as promised. Undamaged and roughly 60% SOC. Charged it to 100%. Still assembling the power box.
Finally installed 2 UT1300's in my Winnebago Rialta, so far everything is working well and looking forward to long term use. The purchase and attentiveness of customer service pleasant, thank you.
