Cable needed to connect DeltaPro to Smart Generator

A bit off topic but good for Shop Solar. I have a problem with one of the smart generators. As soon as it powered on and an electric start attempted it failed completely. I reached out to support on the location of the fuse and they contacted EcoFlow and passed on the graphic. The graphic was completely wrong and I found out by trial and error how to remove the other side panel. I shared my findings including pictures with support, replaced the fuse and verified that attempting to start electrically blew the fuse immediately. I contacted ShopSolar support about the availability of a replacement starter motor and Raph from support found that a starter motor was available as a spare. I asked Raph to try acquire one for me. Excellent support from Raph at ShopSolar when EcoFlow passed incorrect information. Thank-you.
