Great service from Anker, good product

I love my f2600. I have two plus the expansion batteries. The first one I bought was faulty. It would not recognize and charge the expansion battery consistently. tried Anker customer service email, wasn't thrilled, seemed to be a language barrier. I called the customer service phone number, and the service was absolutely top-notch. They had me go through a few troubleshooting, nothing unreasonable and then offerered return/ replacement, covered all costs. New product delivered, has worked great for a year. The product, coupled with their customer service, led me to buy a 2nd one , instead of trying a different brand. I use one as UPS for my freezers, the other for my cpap. They are quiet, the layout is well thought out, and the app works without pissing me off. I do wish the battery have some kind of manual egagement to the top of the main unit rather than just friction for when you're wheeling it around, I would also like to see flexibility on the connection port between the battery and the main system so that you could choose whether you wanted the wire sticking out on the side or the back. Minor quibbles, i would absolutely buy again. By the way, the price right now on shop solar is the best i've ever seen , it's identical to what I paid at costco recently on a sale through Costco direct.

Large purchases worked great

I bought over $3,000 worth of Anker equipment from Shop Solar, including Solix F2600, BP2600, and C1000 power stations and PS100 solar panels. Prices were the best I found, and delivery was quick despite current tariff confusion. I use the gear to charge an electric car, e-bicycles, and small garden power items. I'll likely use Shop Solar for future purchases. The Anker instruction manuals and "getting started" documents were quite brief, but Anker support responded well to setup questions.
