I bought 2 sets to go with 2 Rigid 100 solar panels.
Everything was as promised except these stands, in no way or configuration, "collapse flat". When folded down into the "stow away" position, they essentially double the thickness of the panel making transportation of the panels more difficult.
Now if you have room for that, these stands rock and all of the other claims hold up.
If a rep of the company has a better idea for me, I am very open to be proven wrong. In fact, please inform me to a more effective way of storing the legs besides taking them completely off of the solar panel frame for transportation.
If you could develop a true tuck away after market leg system ala' Renogy aluminum legs in their Solar Panel suitcase kits, you would sell out. I am currently trying to get Renogy to sell me replacement legs for my Renogy suitcase and try to adapt them.
These are great stands but this one aspect should give you cause to pause if true, compact portability is your goal.
