Hardware limitation surprise

Overall satisfied - however, to my surprise, the RICH Solar panels did not come with installation instructions, clips or hardware. When I purchased a 'complete bundle' package, I assumed all inclusive. Maybe I overlooked the 'not included' statement during the purchase (thus the 4 star rating)...

... sadly, I was remote with the boxed system and was unable to complete the installation on this trip.

Look forward to the technology / success...

Rating should be higher

I'm shopping for a complete solar system for small construction jobs and off-grid camping,

unlike most Californians, I have a triple-digit IQ which means I research the hell out of something BEFORE I buy.

I've read through over 300 customer reviews on this product

and found a handful of people gave great reviews in the text

but only clicked 1 or 2 stars, others' only complaint was impatient shipping expectations

or downright stupidity.

Having said that, if you rule out those reviews

this product would have a 5-star rating and a 100% recommendation.

EvoFlow Delta

Tested it out a bit, plugged in our coffee pot and toaster at the same time and it worked just fine. I don’t have a permanent place for the solar panels so it is a bit of a pain to set them up on my deck and bring them back in. Wondering what the two small adapters are for? Didn’t use them. The cover bag is a pain to use. Just a slip over the top would work better. Also, I have a pacemaker and try to stay 6 ft away while using it. Didn’t know about the magnetic field until I read the instructions. The digital screen would be easier seen if on top or in the middle for visibility. Not complaining, just honest feedback.

Works For Me

This unit does more than I expected. In fact I am slowly adding the use of appliances, and it hardly ever gets below 50%. My cabin is in the middle of nowhere and this unit works well.
